What began as a seafood company determined to remove harmful lionfish from the Great Barrier Reef, INVERSA has evolved into global conservation collective and novel supply-chain for exotic leathers exclusively sourced from invasive species with a growing list of brand partners across luxury fashion and footwear.

Working in tandem with communications firm BPCM, I provided consultation on an updated brand positioning and created a design system and photo art direction to reflect INVERSA’s unique position as a biodiversity restoration effort and purveyor of luxury materials.
